My Story

For me, reconnecting with a sense of childlikewonder and allowing myself to create and play has been truly transformational. This practice has helped built my confidence and creativity as a professional storyteller, helped me feel calmer and less anxious, and even enabled me to travel solo around the world, including Portugal, France, Romania, and my dream holiday to New York.

These tools have also supported me during the height of the pandemic as well as in times of grief and anxiety. In fact, they have also given me the courage to present on the radio and become a published author.

As an educator, I share tools and creative prompts that you can use them in your own ways to help you connect with your unique sense of childlike wonder, activities, and stories. Once you rediscover this, these tools have the potential to help support you in your daily life.
